Course Payment Terms
The following payment terms will apply, unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.
For individual bookings all fees will be charged at the time of ordering. This will include any costs for registration, materials, certification and venues.
For group bookings a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the programme
The balance must be settled within 10 days of the programme taking place.
All course fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax, which will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of invoicing.
Group Booking Cancellation Policy
In the unfortunate event that the course is cancelled, the following charges will apply:-

Courses postponed and re-scheduled within one one calendar year will not incur any cancellation charges.
Individual Booking Cancellation Policy
If the learner has to cancel their attendance on a programme then the learner will be offered an alternative date. Refunds are not provided for cancelled bookings.
Agreed Dates and Trainer Resource
The location and date of the service will be agreed at the time of booking. In case of emergency AMSTA reserves the right to cancel and reschedule any service. If possible, a trainer will be replaced rather than dates being changed. AMSTA undertakes to advise the customer as soon as any change of this nature is known.
Copyright
The copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all course materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of AMSTA, or, in the case of a course developed by a partner of AMSTA, the partner organisation.
The customer undertakes that it will not copy or permit the photocopying of course materials, nor disclose or permit the disclosure or sell or hire the same to third parties, nor use the same for running the customers' own courses.
Course Changes
AMSTA reserves the right to improve the specification and format of its courses for the benefit of its customers without notice to the customer.
Warranty
The customer accepts that it is their responsibility to verify that the courses are suitable for the requirements of the participant attending a particular course, and that the participant has the necessary level of competence to be able to achieve the objectives of the course.
