NVQ Learning & Development (L3 and L4)

NVQ Learning and Development Level 3

This award is suitable for any person who is involved in the development of others or the provision of training both as a consultant or as an in-house provider. Through this award and its optional units candidates learn and understand how to create effective training and coaching sessions that have an impact on others. This programme is a blend of theory sessions and on site observations and can be delivered in-house or at our training centres.

Mandatory Units

  • Evaluate and develop own practice
  • Identify individual learning aims and programmes
  • Agree learning programmes with learners
  • Develop training sessions
  • Create a climate that promotes learning
  • Monitor and review progress with learners
  • Respond to changes in learning and development

NVQ Learning and Development Level 4

This award takes the NVQ Level 3 a stage further and is suitable to those that are already experienced deliverers of development and are looking for a formal award that validates their experience, whilst understanding more complex learning theory surrounding the organisation as a whole and not just the individual. This programme is a blend of theory sessions and on site observations and can be delivered in-house or at our training centres.
